Paul Harcourt, MD

Malina Holmes, MD

Dr. Holmes is board-certified in Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts and then completed a residency in Family Medicine at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. She is now excited to be back in Massachusetts to begin practicing as a family physician and providing obstetric care.
Dr. Holmes also has clinical interests in pediatric care and international health. Outside of work she is an avid hiker and loves to travel both within the US and abroad.
James Kuin, MD

Dr. Kuin is board-certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Scarborough General Hospital in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada and received his medical degree from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Prior to joining Merrimack Family Medicine in January of 2020, Dr. Kuin provided care to his patients at Greater Lowell Family Practice since 1997.
Dr. Kuin describes his care philosophy as a commitment to his patients, providing comprehensive care in a continuous relationship.
Raymond Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis is board-certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD and received his medical degree from Temple University. Dr. Lewis has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2010 and currently serves as the Medical Director for the practice. Dr. Lewis previously served as Chief of Family Medicine at Lowell General Hospital.
Dr. Lewis has clinical interests in maternal & child health, and health disparities.
Emelyn Molato, MD

Dr. Molato is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA and received her medical degree from Far Eastern University. Dr. Molato has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2013.

Patrick O’Neil, MD

Dr. O’Neil is board-certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Lawrence Family Medicine Residency in Lawrence, MA and received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD. Dr. O’Neil joined Merrimack Family Medicine in 2023.
Dr. O’Neil grew up in Haverhill, MA and graduated from Central Catholic High School in Lawrence and received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising (including trail running and kayaking), cooking, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Frank Osborn, MD

Dr. Osborn is board-certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI and received his medical degree from Michigan State University. Dr. Osborn has been practicing at Merrimack Family Medicine since 1999, and previously served as the Medical Director for several years. He currently serves as the Ambulatory Chief Medical Officer for Circle Health Physicians.
Dr. Osborn enjoys caring for patients of all ages. His interests include acupuncture, car racing, cooking, and fencing.
Elizabeth Singh-Warden, DO

She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Sutter Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency in Santa Rosa, CA and received her medical degree from the Edward Via College of Medicine in Spartanburg, SC and masters in Biomedical Sciences at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.
Dr. Singh-Warden joined Merrimack Family Medicine in 2023. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, prenatal care, women’s health and preventative medicine. Outside of medicine she enjoys camping and spending time in nature.

She is currently board-certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2015.

Rebekah Ashton, DNP

Rebekah received her Bacherlors of Science in Nursing, Masters of Science in Nursing, and most recently her Doctorate of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College in Addison, IL. She is currently board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since February 2018.
Rebekah has clinic interests in women’s health, adolescent health and caring for patients of all ages.

Karen Poushter, FNP

Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Cornell University and her Masters in Nursing from Yale University in New Haven, CT. She is currently board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2003.
Karen has clinical interests in women’s health, nutrition, preventative medicine and treating patients of all ages.
