Paul Harcourt, MD
Family Medicine

Dr. Harcourt is board-certified in Family Medicine.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA and received his medical degree from McGill University. Dr. Harcourt has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 1997.

Dr. Harcourt has clinical interests in pediatric, adolescent, adult and elderly medicine.

Raymond Lewis, MD
Family Medicine

Dr. Lewis is board-certified in Family Medicine.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD and received his medical degree from Temple University. Dr. Lewis has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2010 and also serves as the Chief of the Department of Family Medicine for Circle Health/Lowell General Hospital.

Dr. Lewis has clinical interests in maternal & child health and health disparities.

Emelyn Molato, MD
Family Medicine

Dr. Molato is board-certified in Family Medicine.  She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA and received her medical degree from Far Eastern University. Dr. Molato has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2013.

Dr. Molato has clinical interests in obstetrics, women’s health and preventative medicine.

Frank Osborn, MD
Family Medicine

Dr. Osborn is board-certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI and received his medical degree from Michigan State University. Dr. Osborn serves as the Medical Director at Merrimack Family Medicine where he has been practicing since 1999.

Dr. Osborn enjoys caring for patients of all ages. His interests include acupuncture, car racing, cooking and fencing.

Alexa Aboshar, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant

Alexa received her Bachelor of Science from Allied Health Track from Rivier College and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. She is currently board-certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2015.

Alexa has clinical interests in cardiology, adolescent medicine and women’s health.

Barbara Clifford, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner

Barbara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Syracuse University and her Masters in Nursing from University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA. She is currently board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 1998.

Barbara has clinical interests in obstetrics, pediatrics, adolescents, and women’s health.

Marianne Croteau, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant

Marianne received her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is board-certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2013.

Marianne has clinical interests in pediatrics, women’s health and health & wellness through lifestyle balance. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, hiking with their dog, cooking, reading and spending time in the North Country of New Hampshire.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters in Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA. She is currently board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Lisa has clinical interests in preventative, adolescent, and adult medicine.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Cornell University and her Masters in Nursing from Yale University in New Haven, CT. She is currently board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice with Merrimack Family Medicine since 2003.

Karen has clinical interests in women’s health, nutrition, preventative medicine and treating patients of all ages.
